After a few decades, when wear and tear are really starting
to show, you can choose to refinish your floors. Stripping away years of
scuffs, scratches, and abuse, your floors will look like brand new when the
refinishing is over. During the process, you can even choose to change your
stain color and finish, for a brand new fresh look that will last another few
decades before requiring refinishing again.
It’s important to note that these floors must only be
installed above grade. Basement installation, for instance, is not possible.
Another important note is that this material must acclimate to your
surroundings before installation can begin. Your flooring specialist will be
able to give you more details when you visit.
